The Holiday Inn Harrisburg (Hershey Area) I-81 by IHG has plenty of overnight rooms available for single or double occupancy. The lodging deadline is September 21, 2026. If you need an overnight room, please contact the Holiday Inn directly for rooms by calling (717) 469-0661. Mention that you are with the AMR Conference as well to secure the $99 +tax per room night rate. Breakfast is included in the rate. Booking is first-come, first-served, so be sure to book your room early. If you miss the deadline, you may have to pay the regular rate determined by the hotel at the time.
They do have a website and can be found on several travel websites, but to reduce confusion it is recommended that you book with the hotel directly.
Scholarships: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY as some things have changed from prior years. Scholarships will be considered this year for overnight lodging at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg (Hershey Area) I-81 by IHG on October 19th, 20th, and 21st at $99 +tax per room night on a first-come, first-served basis and may be offered in whole or part to members of non-profit community/watershed organizations and conservation districts in Pennsylvania or adjoining states. For in-person attendance only. Preference will be given to those who can room together to save on lodging costs. Mileage and other travel costs are not being considered this year. The PA AMR Conference Committee reserves the right to award scholarships on demonstrated need, distance, and availability of funding. The scholarship request deadline is October 1, 2026.
